Yep they’ve got a bunch. We were going to go visit family/friends in NorCal last weekend but Redding had more snow at 500’ elev then we do here in central Oregon at almost 4000’- MarvB

Don’t have a pic handy but mine is a stall mat fixed to the fence with a hot tub cover (the neighbor was going to throw out) in front of it. Stops any of my wayward shots in a heartbeat! -

That’s cuz they have crazy good lawyers that roll everything into infrastructure costs so they can rate base it back to screw the public. 33 cent E-1 base rates (that will give you about the equivalent heat of a candle if your home is over 1000sf) and a 49 cent peak tier? Last full year I ran the energy side of our utility (2018) Cali's in-state NG generation was just over 46%. Large hydro (which we had both a share of from the CVP and imported from the north) ran about another 11%. Problem is with SB1020 utilities are heading towards a 90% renewable/0% carbon...- MarvB
