Buying components in quantity is always the best solution for consistency but even doing that you end up with different lots of primer, powder and bullets - you just do it less often.
Ask Santa to bring you a decent chronograph if you do not have one and keep good notes - when you have to...
As the heading states, I have 500 (5 boxes) of the above with the same lot number, 1 box has been opened. Looking to get $ 40.00 per box or trade even up for Berger 168 gr classic hunters. Bullets are in Billings, Mt. so at that price buyer responsible for freight.
Looks like you are well set up rifle wise - well beyond a beginner with that Vortex scope, drop chart, spiral fluted barrel and laminated stock - and chambered in a 6.5x47 Lapua too boot. I've got a pretty good feeling you are pretty capable with that little hammer.

Well for chits and giggles in my younger tougher days, we'd just blindfold em with a jacket, load em up with whatever was scaring them, pull the blindfold and think we were having fun. Sometimes you had to repeat procedure as necessary.

What shooting distance criteria do you feel comfortable with and what is your desire on rifle weight? Do you intend to shoot factory ammo or reload? If you reload are you comfortable going beyond the basic steps of just sizing, and adding primers,powder and bullets?

Could be - well worth a cheap try. A bullet has to enter or exit straight before ultimate accuracy can be achieved.
When you get it bore scoped I'd check for any carbon fouling also.
Personally I gave up on all overbore calibers many replacement barrels ago. Just got too expensive and time...
