    At least the NFA is limited to guns/suppressors that are arguably not necessary to defend freedom. The CO (and CA?) tax are on ALL guns and ammo. And yes, so is P-R, which is unfortunate, if it gets thrown out too.

    I can't think of an example of taxing a right enumerated in the US Constitution. It would be like paying a tax for voting, or speaking, or going to church.

    Colorado has mail-in ballots, so people have been sending them in for weeks now. However, anyone can vote in-person on Tuesday at a polling station (if they already mailed in a ballot or lost theirs, the in-person ballot will be the one that is counted).

    I talked to a coworker who I thought would be better informed. She was flabbergasted to know that people eat mtn lion, that lions eat (or at least kill) about a deer each week. So on and so on. Most people are clueless - you have to tell them! They will listen! Vote No on 127.
