    I assembled this HF fan in 2013 with the carry handle at 90 degrees. Just now taking the 10 mins to correct it. I even dropped some thread locker on the bolts so the don’t vibrate and fall off.

    Welcome to HT, Erik. Something like 98.5% of prosecutions result in some charges being dismissed as part of a plea agreement. A charge being dismissed rarely means the crime did not occur. “Most of those charges were dismissed” is about as informative as “Most of your brain cells are inactive.”
