Lol absolutely not. The “sapphire” and “ruby” series are both a see-through translucent that does well to reflect and refract any little bit of light. It helps a lot! But no, not glow in the dark or “illuminated” in any way. Lol- Flatbrimmer

2024 Season... Finally ready to talk about it!
I’d say if you or your story-listeners agree it’s fatal, you should notch it. I’ve gotten lucky and killed animals with a femoral ass-shot, but typically that’s a non-fatal wound. I’d say to shoot your bow for another full day while you ponder what you’re gonna do- Flatbrimmer

Yes, it is not designed to shoot beyond your typical ethical bow hunter standards. The tick marks on a 290 fps sight insert give you out to 80 yards I believe, but i wouldnt suggest using the V to make the “educated guess” on the range beyond probably 45. Anything I’d guess to be beyond 40-45...- Flatbrimmer

Couple things: first- they definitely will roost in different trees throughout the season for a number of reasons. Food, weather, pressure etc. Second- them suckers can be very sneaky when they come in quiet, and know how to stay hidden quite well. Just because you didn’t see them come in to...- Flatbrimmer
