    Lol absolutely not. The “sapphire” and “ruby” series are both a see-through translucent that does well to reflect and refract any little bit of light. It helps a lot! But no, not glow in the dark or “illuminated” in any way. Lol

    I’d say if you or your story-listeners agree it’s fatal, you should notch it. I’ve gotten lucky and killed animals with a femoral ass-shot, but typically that’s a non-fatal wound. I’d say to shoot your bow for another full day while you ponder what you’re gonna do

    Yes, it is not designed to shoot beyond your typical ethical bow hunter standards. The tick marks on a 290 fps sight insert give you out to 80 yards I believe, but i wouldnt suggest using the V to make the “educated guess” on the range beyond probably 45.
