Had me, my girlfriend, the dog, fishing gear and a yeti full of of bass on there a few days ago! Easy day with multiple people. Haha, I get looks like that all the time! They generally dissipate when we outfish the flats boats that cost fifteen times as much to own and maintain- oxn939

Am I the only one on here? Had mine since May and I honestly don't think I can ever see myself owning any other kind of boat in the lower 48. Just something fulfilling about knocking out a limit of topwater reds and trout while burning a total of 10 ounces of fuel- oxn939

Probably spot on. I know AZ gave nontoxic ammo out for a while in an attempt to reduce lead in gut piles along the Kaibab strip with its concentrated condor population. Bet states would have a much more receptive audience if they tried voluntary programs like that to reduce the amount of lead... -

Yeah the difference in cost between using monos and cup-and-core bullets really turns out to be negligible. Anyone have a substantive answer about how you get compensated for this? Just killed one in CO with nontoxic ammo and would be happy to be a guinea pig if they reimburse after the fact -

Powder and Bullets
One alternative is to use "compacted volume." Basically, you vibrate the tube after initially adding powder and fine tune until your hit your volumetric measurement target. I'll put it out there, this was 78/105-107. I'm pretty far towards the end of the spectrum that is stoked to hunt any tag with a realistic chance of success, even if it's hard. There is no way I'll ever apply for that tag again. Used to be the golden ticket to get drawn for any tag in NV, but it...- oxn939

Yeah or just gun them down with buckshot as they run from a pack of dogs. Lol Didn't get a pic, but I was shooting 250 Thors as well and that's exactly how mine looked- my guy never took a step after impact. You hear correctly. T-EZs are the easy button for muzzleloader hunting whitetail. Put them over anywhere from 80 to 100 grains by volume of BH 209, and you'll almost certainly be much more accurate than you'll ever need to be. Another note that has been touched on, but could perhaps use...- oxn939

I'd do a google search on the terminal performance of powerbelts. They are the reason a lot of people give up on muzzleloader hunting. I'll personally bet you a hundred bucks your performance improves, both externally and terminally, if you use something other than powerbelts. If you can use sabots, Barnes T-EZs.
