    Transfer Wyoming Pts?

The laziest attempt at reaching 10 posts. But this one is gold!

Let’s see your historic skulls (bison, Dino, etc)

I'm not one to ask for honey holes, but in this case I have no shame, location plz? :geek: The fam and I are looking for an activity next weekend, might make a trip there and look for bones... which is my kids favourite activity... I have piles of deer, moose, cow, horse, etc, bones in the...

Bowhunters - not a big impact?

Should've never been posted with that caption in the first place. But if people are going to post such idiotic things, they need to be policed by other hunters. They need to be told how f'n stupid what they did is. Maybe by doing that we can discourage others from pulling the same stunts or at...

Let’s see your historic skulls (bison, Dino, etc)

Finding a bison skull is a dream of mine!!! Crazy to think that thousands of them would roam where I'm standing less than 200 years ago and that bone collectors picked the prairie clean of their remnants.

    camping on tundra

Headed to the Yukon and will be packing heavy duty ground tarp for my tipi. Weight isn't an issue though as I'm riding an ATV to my hunting spot. If weight is an issue, get some Tyvek. Cheap and light.

Bowhunters - not a big impact?

Post is gone, I was looking forward to telling him how f'n dumb he is. "Man enough" to post it, but not man enough to stand by it. Sad.

    Antelope meat?

I get what you're saying, but you don't have to add some fat to it. It is completely fine without it unless you cook the living hell out of it.

12 days in South Africa - Free State, Cape Town, and Franschhoek

Africa is a magical place. Too bad a lot of the continent is riddled with pain and misery. I look forward to going back one day! Also, I sure hope you blasted "Africa" by Toto once you landed. If not, that's a hell of a missed opportunity.

For that price, I'd go for this. Been debating getting one of those for a while. https://borealmountainanoraks.ca/collections/wool-anoraks

    Wool hunting clothing

Those old surplus US and Canadian Army wool shirts are the bomb. Hard to beat for the price.

Weatherby Mark V. Like potato chips.

Too cheap to have a few Mk Vs, but I do have a few Vanguards. Hands down my favourite rifle. I've been debating getting a Mk V in .300 WM for a while though.

    Antelope meat?

Seriously, who doesn't prefer it raw? All jokes aside, I often chop up raw wild game with onions and balsamic vinegar. That stuff is bomb! #Rawdog

    Antelope meat?

I don't cut any of my wild game with pork when I grind it. I prefer it that way. My antelope smash burgers are pretty f'n delicious!

Why I didn’t fill my WY general tag.

I didn't fill my elk tag because all I saw were huge bulls and you can't eat the horns.

    Sleeping bag liner

I still have my OG woobie and my "Canadian woobie" that the Army started issuing in 2008 prior to going overseas. It's a zippered woobie with a poncho head hole. My kids always steal it from me. Hands down the best sleeps I've had were in that thing. Something about curling up in my woobie...

    Alaska Caribou

Looking forward for the full write up on this! Headed to the Yukon in three weeks for a 10 day caribou/moose hunt. Lucky for us, we don't have to hike 5 miles in and we get to drive ATVs to our spot.
