Heck yeah, I always take the comp time. I have 61 hours of comp and 182 of annual. Mix that in with long weekends and I should be good to go. I can only carryover 240 hours. That 500 would be amazing. Good luck on your fall as well, sir.
It's safe to say, my leave balance will be exhausted by the end of November. Heres my hunt schedule in order by calender date. Hopefully, I'll have some good stories, adventures, pictures, and meat in the freezer by the end of it.

I had it done 2 years ago. Pretty miserable experience for me. I could feel him pulling on my tubes all the way up in my stomach, almost passed out. Sore for 2 weeks, hurt to nut for almost 6. I had to take a solid week off of work. Still one if the best choices ive ever made.
Im not much of a people person, so I prefer to have a little space between me and my neighbor. Even if its only 5 acres. That puts a lot of stuff in the higher range of my comfort level around Sheridan. Its amazing up there, and I do hope to live in the region one day.
