I'm a meat hunter through and through. I usually dont pass on any legal big game that has antlers. It's pretty much the only meat my family eats aside from chicken. Here's the little buck. Only one I've ever harvested that was still in full velvet
Little bit of a rough start to the season. It's mid 90s and I couldn't ethically kill an elk 3 miles back in and pack it out without spoiling the meat. So, I decided to switch gears and chase whitetail to put some meat in the freezer. Saw a few good bucks but blew the stalk on them pretty quick...
Boise had 7 rushing touchdowns today. Ill be interested to see how they stack up against such a good defense. Man, BSUs D was awful though. Idaho looks much better
Making some elk jerky and 1100 calorie snack packs. Super convenient to throw in the pack. This week is going to be a hot one. 90's on Tuesday. I'll be sitting on water holes hoping to see something. Got 4 tags in my pocket and 6 days to kill.
HVAC Master Journeyman, but not an ME. Most MEs enjoy their cozy office at home, I don't get that luxury. Beautiful area to live. Hope you can fine someone.
The busy fall has already kicked off. I chased some pronghorn around the other day and bumped into a few animals. Good thing I have a tag for all 3 in the same area come Sunday! Oh yeah... bought a camper a few weeks ago. Gonna be better than the damn wall tent for most of the season. I'll...
The teams have quite a history. Im really excited for this one too. I want to see what the kid from USC has to offer. I hope he fits in with the offensive scheme. The defense should be good this year too. Fully expecting to lose this one to you guys. I just want it to be competitive.

Heading out for the archery opener in Wyoming. I'll be out the 1st-5th for this trip. Hoping to get a pronghorn and or a deer in velvet. Maybe a raghorn will stumble through the area and catch an arrow.
Definitely the wrong government! I get 8 hours of leave and 4 hours of sick time every 2 weeks. Plus I get comp time for any overtime and award time for my appraisals.
I'm guessing it's a PVT land only tag. I know it's a long drive, but might want to go knock on some farmers doors that have pivots up there. Whitetail are plentiful in the area. I wish I knew someone.
