Been hunting NV for 36 yrs. Had some great hunts, some successful and some not. Drew a great elk tag and didn’t find a bull I wanted to harvest last year. Sitting on 19 desert sheep points and 8 antelope points right now. Hopefully my grandson draws some tags
Had a rat a few years ago chew up my main wiring harness and my air conditioner lines on my truck. Called insurance and they covered it no problem. Son finally shot the rat one night
I’ve raised and trained dogs my whole life. Mostly had Labs but also a Brittany and GSP. To me a lab is just the ultimate all around dog To hunt with and have around the family. I do know a few friends with English Springer Spaniels and they seemed to be good dogs too
Had a Brittany years ago and he was a great dog. His name was Reload . Long hair and shedding can be a minor issue. I personally love Labs but you can’t go wrong with a Britttany either
I would recommend laying beside her or holding her close to comfort Her. They want you close by. So sorry you have to go through this , but the love you had from her is inmeasurable.
