    The rack and pinion system in them is hot garbage. Almost no leverage, and if it jumps timing you've got a half day's work ahead of you trying to fix it.

    I'm working on this to be a display rifle. As such, customer guns take precedence so I don't know how quickly this will go.

    100% agree with this. That being said, if you're dead set on carbon, X-Caliber and Carbon Six would be my choices.
