    Agree, of course not- ARod is way past his prime, and Davante is likely a bit past peak as well. The old 49er philosophy of getting rid of players a year too soon vs year too late is often unpopular with the fans, but usually the best bet for team in the long term.

    Agree, but the only constant is change. Speaking of old school, it is nice to see schools like Texas, Tenn, Nebraska, Miami becoming competitive again. Reminds me of the power structure when I was a kid.

    It will take time to get used to the brave new world in the NCAA, but as a Big Ten fan I am happy the conference added Oregon, Washington, USC. Meh on UCLA. I will forever feel that Stanford was the ‘one the got away’ in the realignment, their brand would have fit so well.

    Great win by Oregon, what a game! Didn’t love the dude spitting in the guys face and storming the field when Oregon was already ranked 3rd in the country, not becoming of a Big Ten school. They’ll figure that stuff out hopefully, they are looking tough. A lot of strong teams in the conference...

    Yes. Those are the ones that @The Hedgehog talks about not being able to get permission for (because the landowners give some bogus excuse about how it’s already being hunted). Those sound more like a problem than a solution to me.
