    D4570, there aren't any walleye nearby. The closest are a couple hours away at one of the ugliest lakes in the state so the motivation to fish there isn't very high. I pick up a few bass here and there, but again the best bass, crappie, bluegill place is almost 2 hours from here. It's prettier...

    It has been a good fall. Here is just a fraction of the fun. Cutthroat Brookie in full spawn colors. Rainbow Tiger Trout Another brookie, because why not? Skinny cutty. Toothy brookie. Last, but not least another tiger trout from last Saturday.

    I lived just 20 miles from Great Falls in a tiny town called Belt for 13 years. I don't mind GF. It's close to great fishing on the Missouri River. Heck, it runs right smack dab through the middle of town. Once you get about 80 miles from GF the hunting improves in just about any direction...
