    On the 799-21 archery only permit I received it states (as expected) “Holder may not hunt antlered bull elk in any other HD during these prescribed season dates.” Then it lists the dates on the permit as 3 Sept - 29 Nov…was that an unpublished date change that has yet to be announced?

    Last time I was in that country helping a buddy on a late season hunt a few years ago. The BLM that touches 16C/16E/21B looked like a tent/camper city. It was unbelievable. If you avoided this area I would imagine your hunt would be enjoyable.

    I would agree it should be and if there is a policy exemption for double broomed rams they sure keep it a secret, but it doesn’t pass the line through the eye test.

    Why should any adult qualify for a license based on the geographic location their mother was when they exited her body? What a ridiculous “program.” Personally, I wouldn’t care if it was 2-3 or 2-300, it is a crazy way to distribute a single license. Obviously there are bigger issues out there.

    So what if a 🤡 put 799-21 for each of the 3 choices, was that app removed? They should make the application process “idiot proof” like they did the app, where people validated elk, deer, and bear tags back on March 1.

    Will they take back my 799-21 if they add tags and I no longer want it? (Rhetorical question) The limited number is what made the tag slightly appealing.
