I got some coues white tail deer country that's about like your sheep country but trade the trees for cactus and thorny stuff that's out to stick or cut ya. I think I'd like a sheep hunt since I love the nasty country for coues deer.
And I saw that show... I'd agree that it didn't look any bit...
the jury is out on what the white stuff was... All I know is by the time we drove back to the lodge the roads were very very soupy... I had a heck of a time keeping that truck straight or out of the ruts. And man the truck was muddy when I got home. Glad it rained from Phx to Tucson to help with...
I took my brother up on his 5BS cow elk hunt in AZ. This is his second elk hunt ever. We also talked our dad into making the trip. He connected on this fine cow elk opening day around 11am when a herd came from another unit single file into his.

Top dollar for spikes??? Nope I'll stick to the 400+ guys thank you. Them spikes are trough meat anyways.
Also I think you should offer to ship some dirt, leaves, elk turds, blood and guts so they can get a sence of smell... like smell of vision.
So what are your thoughts of this....

I'm having a very hard time accepting it in any way relating to hunting. Even for use in handicaped situations. Hunt and kill over the internet... Not for me.
But who am I anyways...

I believe between Delw and a few of us down here we can set you guys up in some coues country. A lot of people say it's like a poor mans sheep hunt. Except you'll hike your butt of in cactus, cat-claw and thorny crap for an 80-90lb deer. But be careful they're addictive as all get out. :)

moosie... you'd love the terrian...
here was the pack out...
the only draw back to shooting them in the canyon is every where you turn is up...!!!
Here's where I shot from, the rocks at the top. 268yds hit three of my four shots to put him down. He was a tough old boy.
Bagged this guy today...
Pretty simple except for the terrain. He came out in the bottom of the canyon and four shots later, 3 of them hits, at 268yds I had my 2004 deer.
I usually will shoot any legal buck but since I filled my archery cow elk tag the freezer was full and I could be a bit...
