Sighting in rifle once in hunting area
It will make difference!! At close ranges not so much (200 and closer) but at longer ranges it will change. Tent decision
The thing I really like about the stove in our tipi is the ability to dry things out. When hunting in snow like we were both seasons it was game changing. Tent decision
My partner and I got a seek outside 8 person tipi last season. We had a lightweight tent, each had a big Agnes copper spur ul 4. nice enough but you can't stand up in it and no. way to really dry stuff out when wet. And cold. So going into the draw this season I have 6 points in Wyoming, my hunting partner has 3. So if we go together it a 4.5 average. But I'm 61 he's 35. Margin for error??
I have loaded a 7mm that 3 grains under max its showing lots of pressure signs and another 7mm that will go 3 grains over. Every barrel is different and needs to be worked up carefully.- tom338

what to do, need some advice on Wyoming

lightweight cot???
I issues with a bad back, bulged disks and need something soft yet lightweight to sleep on. I use a tipi with no floor and am thinking about getting a cot. Can anyone recommend one thats lightweight that they like?? Or some kind of lightweight pad that is thick but lightweight- tom338

7mm Mag Elk load?
I wish I could get those to shoot in my rifle. I keep trying different things and his gun and mine will not shoot good groups. However, I'm going to keep trying to find a load that will. FWIW I shoot a 150 Barnes TTSX in my 7 Remington Mag and killed a similar sized bull, worked perfectly.- tom338
