    Bullet didn't expand, blew up and did what I call a body splash, not much penetration at all. Same with the other 6 elk/deer I mentioned. Took multiple rounds to do the job where one SHOULD have been enough. Without snow we would not have found the 1 bull elk.

    after seeing how a 162 ELDX did on an elk there is no way I would trust a 175 grain ELDX. And I personally know of 6 other deer and elk that also had bad results. You need a better bullet

    Yup you are probably right on the targeted audience, but why wouldn't you give a caliber the best barrel length to help it preform to its potential. Can't cost that much more to add 2" barrel length. But I suppose 2" cost adds up on thousands of rifles. Oh well I wish them well on their builds!!

    How deep are you seating bullets off the lands?? I had a rifle that would show really bad pressure signs when seating barnes bullets close to the lands. But was fine with a .070 jump or more

    What is the 1 rifle you regretted buying or wished you never had bought?

    browning x bolt stainless stalker, POS, never did get it to group. 7 rem mag caliber, but maybe a Tikka t 3 lite in 25/06, never got it to shoot better than a 3 inch group at 100 yards, gun got sent back to factory, they replaced it with another that did 2" at 100 yards, down the road they all went
