Bd bar in Fallon is good. Best steak I've had eating out was probably at the Gateway at fort peck dam 4 or 5 years ago. Different owners now.

I helped a guy out for sheep in area 5 about 13 years ago. At the end of August and early sept all the griz we seen were above timberline eating moths. Seen 8 at the same time on one mtn. Didnt see any sign of them down low.

Best backcountry bone saw

See bambis post above, these saws are cheap, work better than anything, lay flat against the back of you pack and light weight. Cut horns off in a few minutes. Cutting the horns off is the only use for a saw as far as butchering goes. All else can be done with a knife.

NL Pure Vs EL Experiences

I have the nl 12x, i can hand hold them for a very short time and then my eyes go buggy. On a tripod they are gold.

Dumb question on deer b tags.

The only way some b tags are otc are if there are tags leftover after the drawing. Some wt tags are otc.
