Oryx meat is or can be tough. Regardless, it sorta cooks like a piece of pork without the porky flavor. It will taste however you season it. I had a burger party with about 25 guests this summer with fresh ground cow elk and fresh ground oryx. I did add beef brisket fat to each prior to grinding...- 88man

I do occasionally carry an empty chamber but not that often. Typically its when big game hunting. Humans are accident prone, humans do lots of stupid things even not by accident. I love the gold card idea. I am sure there is down side to consider and comment. However, I hope we sell a million Gold cards at $5M. Heck the guys in charge the last for years let them in for free, gave them plane tickets to the big cities and housed them in posh hotels all on the tax payers...- 88man
