Oryx meat is or can be tough. Regardless, it sorta cooks like a piece of pork without the porky flavor. It will taste however you season it. I love the gold card idea. I am sure there is down side to consider and comment. However, I hope we sell a million Gold cards at $5M. Heck the guys in charge the last for years let them in for free, gave them plane tickets to the big cities and housed them in posh hotels all on the tax payers...- 88man
