haha, never said I was "into" shooting fork horns, just said IMO they taste better than Pronghorn. I was just responding to NRPATE05's post about taking a mule deer doe or fork horn instead of waiting for a Pronghorn tag if meat was the goal.
Hey Cary,
If you want to give me some contact info I'll be happy to share some tips with you. I can't PM you because your brand new member it looks like.
They had a commission meeting today, approved the 2028 changes as presented except for the point fee. They approved a placeholder in the system for the point fee but didn't put into effect the actual price. They are going to spend more time looking at it before deciding $ if any. Feeling the...
Was fortunate enough to draw my 2nd off range Oryx tag this year. My previous tag was 18 years ago. On that hunt, I was unsuccessful in getting an Oryx after driving countless miles and going thru many tanks of gas. Ever since then I wanted to get another off range tag, but decided if I ever...

Yes! That was my guess, although I have no receipts to show my guess was right. haha His face and body size just didn't make me think it was an old buck. I'm assuming just for some reason, his antlers genetics or early development damage caused that funky shape and gave him that mass...

Agreed! To me an App fee should really be to cover administrative costs of running the draw, paying vendors etc. If Wyoming goes this route to raise app fees for revenue, I'd rather them just either increase the cost of points or do like other states and make people buy a general license to...
