I'm from PA also and have been gathering preference points for 4 years now for West River deer. Did you guys go out this year? We are looking at 2024. I'm curious as to what unit you were thinking about. I've never been to SD and was leaning towards unit 15A. We (my bro in law and myself) may be making a trip in the Fall of 2023 to hunt coyotes and to scout mulleys/whitetail.
