The spouse drew all our good tags but I got my pronghorn, a cow tag in his LQ archery area, general for deer and elk this fall but I'll pick up another cow tag for the ranch we work on.

First time applying for WY deer picked up a nice tag in the random draw pretty tough odds.

Drew my antelope buck tags but no doe tags to go along with it this year. The wife and daughter will be disappointed as antelope is their favorite.

Excited for my 13-year-old boy. He drew his buck antelope tag and both doe tags. A buddy and I were in the party app with him for the buck tag. Should be a fun trip!

We were part of the point creep problem I am sure. Daughter burned her antelope points on a 74 buck tag and also hit two doe tags. I hit neither random deer nor doe antelope...that is the way this draw season has been going though. Happy to help her find a really good buck!

We drew our second choice deer tags and a couple Type 8 tags. It’ll be my dad’s and my first time hunting Wyoming, and we’re ecstatic.

A quick glance at the special draw odds and you can tell A LOT of people decided to burn their points this year, wow!

Wyoming let non-residents know the future when jacked up prices a couple of years back. Got some of the Max Point guys into the application game rather than just buy another decade of points for elk, deer and pronghorn. WY is CO, just a decade behind the train wreck. Point creep makes it difficult to get back in line once your points fall to 0. Most Max types can't hunt 3 primo tags in a year so are taking 3 years to burn the max points but then some are not drawing much to their surprise. Not that many primo deer tags for a non-resident. Elk can be a challenge. Pronghorn is easy. They are figuring it out, though.

My son drew a type 1 Antelope, antelope doe and a Region B deer tag. I struck out on type 1 antelope, but got a doe tag.

Gen deer/elk, couple spare cow tags for the boy and I, buck lope for he and I close to home as well. Nothing fancy but we’ll have a good fall.

I hear there are no fish in Rock Springs, one must travel to the Green River of Utah to catch some fish

None of the buck antelope areas I’d looked at for my brother saw an increase in points needed but all the reduced areas doubled in applicants.
