Wyoming resident applications?

I'm familiar with the NR application process for Antelope but I'm curious how the resident process differs. I never looked at it until now and I can't figure it out. No preference points, correct? When I glanced at the 1st choice resident applicants for a few of the S central units the number of applicants added up to more the the population of the entire state. Can you apply for more than 1 unit as 1st choice? Just curious.

There are no preference points. And you only get 1 first choice. There were only 33,527 first choice resident full price applications. And only 4 units with more than 1000 applicants.

Thanks, that's what I get for day dreaming at work. Now that I'm looking closer, the numbers make more sense.
