Just read through it this morning, highly doubt it it passes but it is certainly nice to see legislative members recognizing how important this topic is in favor of the public, which is a change from previous legislation. I'm hopeful, just being pessimistic.

Good, common sense, and simple. That means that it is unlikely to pass unfortunately. My bro is a WY resident and I’ve asked him to use his resident voice to support it. My nonresident voice means nothing.
