I’ve tried looking but can’t seem to turn it up. If I would happen to draw my Montana permit and decide to turn in my Wyoming app before May 10 I assume I still keep my points as the draw hasn’t happen and would get a full refund minus a processing fee?

Yeah, you get the tag fee back. You keep your points, can buy a point in the summer.

I did the exact thing last year due to covid work related issues and it was rather simple. I called WGF and they were really helpful and informative

Yes. I can’t remember what the app fee is that they keep though. I want to say between 15-20 bucks.
