WY unit 45

My son and my goats from early October. You can see how bad the smoke was from the Mullen fire. Thank you to every one on here for your help!

Do you mind me asking what part of the unit this was? I'm trying to plan a hunt for this year an trying to figure out where there is terrain that isn't mountainous to hunt that holds animals.

Everything east of the Snowies will have pronghorn. You can find them from the forest boundary, around Sheep Mt and east to town.

You'll have to walk it and see, :).
Well of course haha.

We were planning a hunt this year and my buddy might be backing out who has all the points we were going to split. My father and I will have 2 each and I've been researching unit 51 and 45 as a back up plan.

Drew this Tag with my wife! looking for our first Antelope bucks. thanks for all the info on here. We found a few good looking areas on GoHunt Maps. Does anyone know where to find Xbar draw odds?

Just adding to this board. My wife and I drew this tag with my brother and a family friend this year. We all had success opening weekend. There are tons of sections of BLM and state land to look at. If you can get a permission slip to either HMA it’s an easy hunt. I didn’t have access to an HMA like everyone else in my group but I still filled my tag in 1 day of hunting. Even with a 1 year old it was an amazing hunt.
