WY Prefrence points?

Anyone know right off when the prefrence point only applications are due for elk/deer/lope in WY?

I seem to remember reading earlier this spring that the apps should be submitted in July?

I also thought they were due in July. I checked the website and it now appears that you have until Sept. 30 to buy points for elk/deer/lope.

Three months to get them in, starting yesterday.
