I am still curious what is the land owners real motive on this? It doesn't really make any sense to me when I read the proposal.

Exclusive use of 1040 acres of current state land and another 3000+ of federal lands that only he could legally access. Plus, it would eliminate the southern access to another 10K.

He gets landowner bull tags and wants better, exclusive hunting for himself, its the only motive.
