We scouted that unit on our quest to locate some deer for next year and decide which unit to apply for. I was very impressed with the way it laid out. I’m a little sad I didn’t draw it instead of 73. There weren’t antelope just running everywhere, but I saw several nice bucks that would have been huntable.

Thanks guys, it was a really fun trip. As far as the unit goes, I'd call it fair. The amount of BLM was awesome, but honestly there was a LOT of the unit that had zero antelope on it. Maybe it had something to do with the drought or just that numbers are down in a lot of WY. Quality wise, Ya, we found a couple good ones, but it took a lot of effort. The pre-season scouting was very valuable so that we knew what size bucks we had to work with, then when we found one in the top 5% we knew it.
