Rifle with 4rds in magazine and 2.5x8 weighed 7# on my Trigger scale! Unfortunately, my age and health made it difficult for me to shoot well. I did kill my cow elk last week, but I know when I am beat. Let me tell you what I have:
Rifle was originally in 338/06 A-Square with a Decelerator Pad and Accubrake. I had it rebarreled/chambered, Accubrake reinstalled and converted to the new 338 RPM. 24" Douglas SS, fluted. Trigger Tech Trigger installed, action bedded, Cerakoted Socom Blue. Shoots the factory 185 TTSX into one bug hole, BR of course! Easy to shoot, has a nice push more than a snap in recoil. i.e. 270 Win. 2 pc STD bases, no scope. Sold seperate,24rds Factory 185 TTSX, a few empties, 50 new Petersen brass in case. Box and half of 175gr Hammer Hunters, 2 new boxes of Speer 200 HC and a half handful of 210 TTSX. New, unused LEE Dies. $200 shipped UPS
( I had this priced wrong, fixed it) Asking $1,250 (Post Office Money Orders), shipped to your FFL Dealer. Only have a couple pics on Iphone. Rifle is being laser engraved with chamber designation at present. Hopefully will have more pics and on computer by end of week.
