I know SD has changed some of their laws with access via water/flooded lands but I was wondering what North Dakotas Laws are. I can't seem to decrypt them. I know in Minnesota if you can float a boat on it you can access it (best rule of thumb) but I don't know if ND is the same or not.

Its been been a few years since I've been in ND for ducks, but the handful of of section line roads that "end" at a pothole were treated as public access. We found a couple of potholes that we walked to the water and walked the waters edge to stay in public water.
more or less it was treated like MN
