I thought it was good and my wife thought it was great. We just had it over rice. I’ll definitely make it again. It was a nice spicy treat on a cold day.

I've never had walleye ceviche, but I'm sure it would be a great fish to use for it. Did you cook the walleye or use the marinade cure method? I used to love ceviche, but the traditional ones are too spicy for me anymore. Looks tasty!
