UN unveils sweeping blueprint for reform

The United Nations (news - web sites) unveiled a sweeping proposal to overhaul the organisation, including the Security Council, in what would be the biggest UN reform since its founding in 1945.

They want to expand the security council ? The United States is the only member that provides any real security.
Let me gess, who do you think they want to pay for this expansion ?
The reform I had in mind would require finding thoses 300 tons of missing explosives

I think the oil for food scam is the reason the U. N. is now talking about "reform". The skunks are now in survival mode. The first reform should be to put Kofi out on his crooked currupt rear end. The U. N. is a joke and it's time to pull the plug. Kind of like liberals, it's way to late to try to save these losers.
