Took a few moose tenderloin steaks and pounded them thin before flour bread and egg crumbs. Fried them in a bit of oil before laying them on a bed of marinara sauce. Then sprinkled some mozzarella and parmesian cheese on top before adding more marinara sauce and tossing in the oven for a bit. It turned out a delicious twist on tenderloin
