Thanksgiving is coming up real soon and we have a wild turkey in the freezer. What's the best way to prepare a wild turkey for Thanksgiving dinner?? Thanks for the suggestions!!

12-14lb turkey
1 cup melted butter
6 cup stuffing
1 cup uncooked popcorn
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brush turkey well with melted butter, salt and
pepper.
Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn.
Place in baking pan in oven. Listen for popping
sounds......
When turkeys ass blows out the oven door and flies
across the room, turkey is done.

One great way I have discovered is to split the whole bird lengthwise. Marinate with a mixture of prox 1/2 Bernstiens Italian dressing and 1/2 Mayo. Grill body cavity side down on your grill til done. Dang good.

Yuck!!! turkey is nasty!!!

Eat more pork.....buy a HAM :D

I think most around here deep fry them.[wild ones that is]
