Leupold BX-4 Rangefinding Binoculars

Toughen up guys

Fidel's in 29th and looking good. It's getting dark and after 15hrs and it's about to get real. My Coldsmoke went down good, and I hope he's hanging in there.

How long should it take him? I see the leader is smokin. Good luck to your friend

Fidel is a beast. That's a level of fitness that is far beyond anything I could find the time or motivation to obtain. . . I'll laugh at myself in the morning when I'm tired after my bike ride as I think of what Kevin's been doing.

I was following but his times seem to not be updating or something. Good to see him still rolling. Why aren't you out pacing him

His pacer took a break from whipping him with a broom handle and snapped this shot. Almost there. He's in 22nd.

In 20th place, heading for the finish. Badass. I can dream of being that fit.

Good stuff right there But where is his prancercise across the finish line

Why hate on a guy that has ridiculous work ethic and is extremely passionate about bow hunting? I've never seen or read him saying you "have" to do anything he does to be considered a good hunter. Ever. For most people, "good enough" is just fine by them. Others look to challenge themselves constantly and work on weaknesses. This dude clearly has always had a chip on his shoulder and a fire inside him to push himself the way he has for years to constantly better himself. Good for him! So what if he posts videos or things on facebook. Don't watch them. Unlike his page. Believe it or not but he has motivated a lot of people out there. A lot. I for one take working out and preparing for hunts very serious. I work out 6 days a week year round because it's what I enjoy doing. I've been down the road where my physical endurance limited my hunt and I won't let that be an excuse for failure again. There is no reason for that. There is going to come a day when I can't hike a mountain or pull a bow back. It is coming and there is nothing I can do to avoid it. So for as long as I'm healthy enough to push my limits and train hard year round I'm going to. That is just who I am. everyone is different and to each there own. You don't have to be a workout warrior to be a good hunter. I just don't get how people can put down a guy who clearly loves hunting and doing whatever it takes to be the best "he" can be. He is trying to get people to become more active and maybe step out of their comfort zone and work on a weakness whether it's overcoming a fear while hunting or trying a certain workout you have been afraid to do. If you think he is lame or a "stroke", then that is pretty sad.

I'll drink to that.

Dance walking is the only exercise needed for hunting private land holdings. The apex experience is heading into town for a bite to eat before the evening hunt. I sometimes carry my own daypack and the guide appreciates how I mute my cell phone ringer in the blind. The small things can make a big difference in hunting success. Winning!

Great job Kevin. I thought there was something wrong with him last year when I pheasant hunted with him and he did more quartering than the dog.
