Still gathering info and pics. Siren went off while I was cooking dinner, I ignore it like always but wife and daughter took cover in the hall.

Looks like it hit around the loop southwest of us. Another cell coming later. Crazy stuff.

Looks like the area north of us got hit pretty bad. Just seen a video of some kids standing barely clothed in front of a pile of rubble that was their home.

Still under a warning here. I was off work all but six days since the first of Oct and suppose to go back tomorrow. It’s gonna be a long night. My heart goes out to those who’ve been hit. Hopefully I can go help in some way.

I Hope everyone survives, tornados are a real gut punch especially in the times of year you don’t expect them like this.

Things can be replaced and rebuilt. People can’t.

Glad everyone is safe! Dang wind must be going across country! 50- 60 mph wind tomorrow...my last chance to bow hunt before gun season starts. I always try to fill my buck tag during archery but been struggling to do that since 2019.

I gave up on archery here. Some of the biggest bucks usually disappear but hunting in 90 degree weather surrounded by flies isn’t fun. I’ve stripped down to my undies a few times when hunting out of a pop up ground blind.
I do think I can hunt with my bow during rifle though if on private.

Checking my weather app to see what’s going on; where I was hunting in CO the highs are still lower than our lows. There’s some perspective for ya. We don’t get mountain temps until Jan.

Tornadoes are bad news. I’ve saw a lot of people lose everything they have in them. Glad everyone is okay!
