They are phenomenal. I would put them head to head with crappie, walleye or any other freshwater fish.

We have a couple of ongoing threads. One was 'shelter in place cooking', but it kinda died out after a while. The other is 'what's on the smoker'. There's no reason this can't be the start of a new ongoing thread
