Plane crash spotted in Valley County

Authorities in Valley County are working to recover the body of a pilot who died in a plane crash earlier in the week.
On Monday, Valley County dispatch was alerted to a crash about 45 miles southeast of Cascade, in a rugged area known as Bear Valley.
Tuesday night, a helicopter located the plane, believed to have been piloted by 63-year-old Robert P. Danner of Stanley.
Poor weather conditions have made the search effort challenging and authorities say weather will again be a factor in their recovery effort today.
I've flown with him a few times and he was one helluva a nice guy, that's really sad.
