Last I read he was half way there. Sounds like he made it with all the spare time he has posting about cartridges.
On a real note, iowa is great. Lived there for 2 years, loved it.

I still lay in bed at night contemplating if Tom was a real person or as one hunt talker put it the most "esoteric troll" ever. Easy to keep a coherent story when telling the truth but my mind still reels at thinking this guy exists and might be out there ruining some midwesterners day with some long boring diatribe of why things should be different.
