This Guy is a Dandy

A very fast criminal case? He shot it Nov 22 and pled guilty to misdemeanors in justice court in December.

Nothing says "I'm an assclown" like doxing someone's parents.
Just clarifying that it's two different guys. In my first post I assumed the Butte and Deer Lodge persons of same name were one and the same and that due to business he may have been well connected. Turns out the Butte guy is not the same person and I seriously doubt senior is well connected just from looking at his modest home which, though certainly not a shack, is very small and "middle class," in fact comparable to my own small 1929 house. Just another real estate salesman with a nurse practioner for a son. I was trying to deduce a logical excuse for the pathetic excuse for "punishment" dished out in this case. Apparently they are ordinary guys. Apparently the judge and/or prosecutor are not fans of wildlife management and conservation.

If the guy had purposely shot up somebody's new pickup and ruined the engine, would it be a misdemeanor? It's not like he destroyed a forked horn buck.

Is that area bulls only? Might make his claiming it a case of mistaken identity even more laughable.

You made is perfectly clear that you find posting the home address of someone's parent(s) online perfectly acceptable. As long as you can validate it by associating their apperant wealth or lack thereof with the punishment their offspring recieved for a crime.

It's public information. If the guy didn't want people to know what his business is and where he lives, he wouldn't put it on line. I did not specify senior's Butte address. Meadowlark Lane in Deer Lodge has many structures. I don't know which one is associated with the poacher. Like I said, if I'd initially known they were two sperate people, the 73 year-old in Butte would never have come up. Determining they were two people in relatively close proximity with the same distinctive first and last names required some extensive research. Elder of the two does not go by "Sr" or "II." Younger 42 year-old commonly goes by "III." I presume they are father and son but that's not for certain.

I'd like to know who the judge and prosecutor were in this case. Something doesn't smell right. A nurse practioner should be capable of making more restitution for destroying such a valuable animal. That two-year hunting ban stinks to high heaven! The kid from Harlem who poached the big bull moose just out of Malta earlier this year received a patheticly puny fine but he is a teen ... from Harlem. Wouldn't be much point in slamming that Facebook punk with a huge fine. He can't pay it.

Edit: My mistake. I see that I actually did put the Butte address up. Should not have done that. But at that point I didn't know they were two people. It is not unusual for real estate agents to publish their home address. It was in several places on the net. Not hard to find.
