Well ten days to go, heading into the middle of the New Zealand Southern Alps, expecting a 6000 foot climb up and 6000ft tumble down every day, dont think the hour on the Treadie per day is gunna help much :(

Anyway there has already been early spring melts and rivers running high, Oscar will know what that means, bankers running 20 to 30 feet high, gulp.

Still dont know whether to take the Brno 7x57 or the custom 6.5x55, wont really matter, at 300 metres and less its all dead, and I cant see further than that anyway LOL.

The .243 is shooting so well with Barnes projectiles even tempted to take that across ??

Sounds like fun. I hope you post some photos of the country. Good luck.
