Tennis elbow anyone?

Yup had it bad in both arms. So bad I had surgery done. Each arm in a sling for 11 weeks following surgery. For each week in a sling it takes a month to regain the strength back, at least. And you don't want to mess it up , if you have to have the surgery again you only get back 60 percent of that arms strength or somthing like that. Anyhow it's been 25 years ago. Now some days I can feel it a bit and put one of those bands on my arm for a few days, especially when driving or doing physical work with my arms. Afterwards didn't affect my ability to draw a bow back at all once after a year of getting strength back.

There is rarely a point where I don't have tendonitis in one joint or another. Steroid shot will help but only way to fix it is to not use it, and even then it will come back. Meloxicam helps get through the season- whether it is elbow, ankle, knee, whatever. It has also caused to change my entire workout routine over the years.
Agree... same boat... all my joints are pretty much shot... when I had insurance meloxicam was the only help... never had injections except the knee once post surgery... won't get any better given im in construction

I've had tennis elbow for years. My time in the military got it for me. When I have a flare up. I use kt tape. They have a video on their website to show how to apply it works great for me and it's alot less noticeable then that ball strap.
