Target camera options

I'm looking for a decent target camera. I don't want junk but can't really justify or afford the higher end stuff. 3-400 yds would be cool but I mainly want it for 100 yd. Anyone have recommendations for something low to mid grade or anything to definitely stay away from.

If you are that close, you should be able to just use a newer Bluetooth camera and connect to your phone. Bluetooth 5.0 has a rating of 800 feet.
