one of my favs from a few years ago. But @kwyeewyk this morning's was very nice.

if hell was both cold and beautiful. the winter plains of wyoming. it was sub 5 degrees out, sustained 25-30 mph winds, 3.5 miles back to the truck through endless gawdawful snow drifts, and i had just passed on a cow elk at 80 yards not 10 minutes earlier cause I just felt i might be in a bit of trouble if i dropped one solo in these conditions as the sun was setting.
