Since Spitz spent all his vacation time fishing and hunting the last few weeks, he is back at work and has no time to tell the story of how his pronghorn hunt unfolded. Given we were there with cameras, people will get to see how it transpired. And I suspect when they see the episode and the quality of bucks, Nevada pronghorn odds are going down the crapper next season.
In classic Oak story telling fashion, Spitz's version of the story goes something like this.
I scouted this summer.
Friends scouted this summer.
We saw big pronghorn.
Randy showed up. Big bucks all vanished.
Day 1 we found a new buck. I chased him for two days.
Day 3 the buck died.
THE END.
