1 can rotelle drained
Onion
garlic
1 jalapeño
1 cup corn
1/2 can black beans drained
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1 packet Taco seasoning
Smoked turkey breast
Egg roll wrappers
sautéed onion, garlic and jalapeño in olive oil.
In mixing bowl add all other ingredients except egg roll wrappers and mix together. Add the mixture to the onion, garlic and jalapeños, mix together and heat through. Pour the mixture back into the mixing bowl and let cool for 1/2 hour. Place 1/4 cup of mixture onto egg roll wrapper and wrap according to directions on the package. Bake, fry or grill egg rolls until golden brown if grilling or baking brush melted butter onto outside egg rolls to help brown.
For dipping sauce mix sour cream and taco sauce.
