Smoke em if you got em!!

Spent the day making summer sausage, ring bologna and hot sticks. 5 or 6 of us from our hunting group throw in a deer or two apiece and we split the end results, about 300 lbs. All of these just need to be smoked yet. which we’ve worked out a deal with the local butcher shop to smoke them in his smoker.

Smoking it is as much fun as growing...I mean-hunting it!!! 〽
