We have 3 down sleeping bags at work that were used for varying amounts of time that need to be cleaned either for use by seasonals or to be donated. Our field work is literally dirty and I don't want to send these bags without being at least mostly clean.

What's your down sleeping bag cleaning process?

+1, the feathered friend directions don't mention it but throwing some tennis balls in the dryer to break up clumps shortens the drying time by quite a bit.
Or a pair of clean tennis shoes.

I've just done the Nikwax Down wash and then dried with a couple of tennis balls. Follow the directions on the bottle and you'll be good.

Thats brutal you expect your seasonals to use last years bags. 🤮
Burn the ones you have and get some liners for the new ones.
